Continuing Education Credits

The 2026 Mountain State Land Use Summit is proud to offer both LED and AICP continuing education credits.

WV Economic Development Council LED hours

The Mountain State Land Use Summit has been approved by the West Virginia Economic Development Council for 8.75 hours of LED credit. West Virginia Economic Development Organizations will be able to claim these hours with proof of attendance on their 2026-2027 LED grant application.

AICP CM Credits

The American Institute of Certified Planners has recognized the Mountain State Land Use Summit as a contributing event for Certification Management credits. In partnership with the Brownfields Assistance Center at WVU, the Summit offers credits for six sessions, including two mandatory credits, Law and Sustainability & Resilience.
